Return & Refund Policy

At Zyphra Bio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zyphrabio.ca.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, Zyphra Bio may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if the issue is determined to be the result of shipping damage, fulfillment error, or product defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Zyphra Bio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
